- Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed.
- Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number.
- Orders can be picked up from our Southbank location. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email or SMS to let you know your order is ready and the dates & times that you can come collect your order. Please have your confirmation email ready to show upon collection.
- Local Delivery is available for a flat rate of $5.00. Limited suburbs in Melbourne are available for this option, so please check by adding in your postcode at the Check Out process to see if you are eligible for local delivery.
- Local Deliveries will generally be made after business hours - 4pm onwards on Weekdays, or anytime on Weekends. If you have a preferred time or day, please include this in the comments section of the Check Out process.
- A SMS or email will be sent to you one day before delivery. If no one is home, we will leave your order in a secure location, and SMS/email you to let you know the delivery has been made with a photo. If we can not leave your order in a safe place, we will aim to redeliver on another day.
- Please ensure that you have correctly entered your shipping address details (e.g. unit/house number, suburb, postcode) as we are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to incorrect details. You may incur additional shipping charges.
- If you have added in the wrong details, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know the correct details.
- Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered packages.
Refund Policy
14 Day Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for change of mind. If a product is not to your liking, you can choose from a store credit (valid for 6 months) or a exchange for another Maple & Ivory product. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, the product must not be used and be in its original condition and packaging.
To complete an exchange, please email us at mapleandivoryaus@gmail.com with your details, order number and choice of new scent or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Please note, exchanges can only be accepted with full priced items.
Damaged Goods
We do everything we can to ensure we protect the products before they are shipped out. However, if you find your product to be damaged upon delivery, please email us at mapleandivoryaus@gmail.com within 14 days of arrival with your details, order number and photographic evidence.
